To successfully pivot, Audience needed a redefined digital strategy and a refreshed brand presence that would showcase their expertise and attract new customer segments.
This included building a scalable, high-performance digital platform that highlights the Audience team’s capabilities and appeals to both new and existing customers.
Audience needed to make this transition without a full brand overhaul; it was important to preserve the essence of what makes them recognizable and trusted in their market.
Audience has a great internal design team — we were able to collaborate on translating their messaging into design as both parties shared new perspectives to help further define and articulate the new direction.
The HQ and Audience teams collaborated to implement a dynamic new design, which included a custom CMS for the Audience team. Our work together improved customer engagement and positioned Audience for sustained growth in a new market.
After making sure the HQ team understood Audience’s goals, we were able to update their website accordingly — keeping in mind we needed to create something that’d be both engaging for users and efficient for the Audience team.
