What we build

Healthcare software that works for patients and providers

For Nomi Health we put four things in one mobile-first patient app: bill pay, provider search, video intake, health history. Bill pay came first because it was where patients got stuck most. Nomi serves 30,000+ Americans a day, so small friction adds up quickly.

Search that returns providers as a patient types, by name, specialty, or condition, filtered by location and insurance. We built it for Revere Health's 400+ providers across 100+ clinic locations, and their own team keeps the data current without a developer.

Revere Health's site has 2,861 pages, and each one serves its HTML in 0.17 seconds on average. We built it mobile-first and have done three rounds of WCAG accessibility work since. Its patient education hub gives a physician network somewhere to answer the questions patients are already searching.

Software for the people behind the patient, like licensed insurance agents. For Wellabe, a health and life insurance company licensed in 49 states, we modernized iPremium, the app its independent agents use to calculate life insurance premiums. Agents kept working through the whole update, and Wellabe has seen fewer application errors since.

Whole platforms, from the brand up. BodyAudit sells at-home biomarker test kits and turns the lab results into a dashboard with AI-generated summaries. We built it on headless Shopify in 504 hours.

A direct care startup's site has to convince investors and patients at the same time. A physician-owned network's site mostly has to help people find a doctor. We've built both kinds, for BodyAudit and Revere Health. We'll ask early which one you are.

Revere Health: 1.17M patient visits a year, rebuilt mobile-first

Revere Health is one of Utah's leading physician-owned multi-specialty networks, with 400+ providers across 100+ locations and 1.17M patient visits a year. We redesigned the whole site mobile-first, with provider and location search that returns results as a patient types.

Three years after launch we're still shipping to it. Recent work added provider intro videos and procedure pricing with CPT codes. A separate workstream reviews where patient information goes when someone fills out a form.

Why HQ for healthcare

We've built for both sides of the table

Patient data gets its own review. For Revere Health we run a line of work, estimated and billed on its own, on where patient information goes: which service each form sends it to, and which outside services touch it on the way. On a healthcare site that review keeps happening.

Accessibility gets real rounds of work. Revere's site has had three so far. Together they cleared WCAG violations across the provider pages and every form, and fixed modals so keyboard focus doesn't get stranded.

Enterprise networks and VC-backed startups. Revere Health has 400+ providers. Nomi Health raised a $110M Series A. Their timelines and budgets look nothing alike, and we run the work differently for each.

Based in Ogden. We're in Ogden, Utah. Revere Health, one of Utah's leading physician-owned networks, has kept us working on its site for three years since launch.

The patient experience is the product

Your website is often the first place a patient meets your organization, usually on a phone. A slow page or a broken intake flow probably costs you visits.

We design for the patient who needs the most help getting through it. To be fair, that sometimes means a plainer design than your marketing team pictured.

Frequently asked questions

Honestly, no agency makes you HIPAA compliant on its own. Compliance depends on your hosting agreements and internal policies as much as on the code. What we can speak to is how we handle patient information in the work we do. For Revere Health, one of Utah's leading physician-owned networks with 1.17M patient visits a year, we run a separate line of work, estimated and billed on its own, reviewing where each form sends patient information and which outside services touch it on the way. On the same site, Google Maps doesn't load until a visitor accepts cookies. Until then they see a static map preview. For Nomi Health, a $110M Series A direct care company serving 30,000+ Americans a day, we built a patient app that handles bill pay and health history. We're happy to walk your compliance team through the specifics of your project before any work starts.

It depends on the EHR. Integration effort varies a lot by vendor and version, so we look at yours before we give you an estimate. We'll tell you which parts are straightforward and which carry risk. To be clear, none of our published case studies is an EHR integration. The closest work we can point to is Revere Health's provider search, which covers 400+ providers across 100+ clinic locations and filters by specialty, insurance, and location. Revere's content lives in WordPress and the site reads it through GraphQL, which hands back at most 100 records per query. A specialty page therefore walks the API in pages to assemble a full list of providers. We'd expect your EHR's API to have limits of its own, and we look for them before we estimate.

Revere Health serves 1.17M patient visits a year, and its patients span every age and level of comfort with a phone, so we designed for the patient who needs the most help. The site has had three rounds of accessibility work for people using a keyboard or a screen reader. We corrected alt text across provider and location pages, took a duplicate h1 out of the home hero, hardened modal close behavior so focus doesn't get stranded, and resolved WCAG violations across the provider pages and every form. A patient who can't finish an intake form or find a provider online will probably pick up the phone, or go somewhere else.

Yes. We built provider and location search for Revere Health's network of 400+ providers across 100+ clinic locations and 30+ specialties in Utah. Results appear as a patient types, by provider name, specialty, or condition, filtered by location. Patients can narrow by insurance too. The location search uses the same logic, so a patient can find a nearby clinic with available providers in one query without knowing how the network is organized. Each location page lists its hours and contact details along with the specialties and providers there. Revere's team keeps all of it current without a developer. Speed matters when someone is looking for care. Across all 2,861 pages, the site serves its HTML in 0.17 seconds on average. In the same Semrush Site Audit from September 2026, 99.3% of pages arrived in under half a second.

Both. We redesigned the web presence for Revere Health, one of Utah's leading physician-owned multi-specialty networks with 400+ providers and 1.17M patient visits a year, and we're still working on it three years after launch. We built the patient app for Nomi Health, a direct care company that raised a $110M Series A and serves 30,000+ Americans a day from 200+ sites. We also built BodyAudit from the brand up, 50+ screens on a headless Shopify platform with AI-generated health insights, in 504 hours across eight months. The two ends usually work differently. A health system tends to have more people signing off and more existing systems to fit around, while a startup has less time and a target that moves. We change how we run the project to fit, and we'll say at the start which of those we think you are.

Building software for healthcare

A slow provider search or a broken intake form costs a physician network visits. We've built for health organizations of very different sizes, from a startup's patient app to a physician network's website, and on each one we design for a patient who is probably on a phone.

Revere Health is one of Utah's leading physician-owned multi-specialty networks, with 1.17 million patient visits a year across 400+ providers and 100+ clinic locations. We redesigned its site mobile-first, with provider and location search that returns results as a patient types, and we're still working on it three years after launch.

Nomi Health sits at the other end. It raised a $110M Series A and serves 30,000+ Americans a day, and we built its patient app, which puts bill pay, provider search, video intake and health history in one place. We also built BodyAudit from the brand up, a preventive health platform on headless Shopify with AI-generated summaries of each user's lab results, in 504 hours across eight months.

To be fair, no agency makes you HIPAA compliant on its own. What we can point to is the work: three rounds of WCAG accessibility fixes on Revere's site, and a separate line of work reviewing where each of its forms sends patient information.
