What we bring
We add to the team you already have
We join your team and work like we're on it, in your standups and your sprints. Messenger has had us embedded at 500+ hours a month for years, working on the platform funeral directors use to order memorial products.
We modernize the parts of an existing product that are slowing you down and leave the rest alone. Revere Health's site made finding a provider harder than it needed to be. We redesigned it mobile-first and have kept shipping on it for three years since launch.
Internal tools built for the people doing the work. At Autoliv that meant mobile apps for the plant floor and web apps for heavier jobs like supplier risk tracking, used across 25 countries.
A redesign that works inside the codebase and content stack you already run. We did that for Degreed's blog right after their rebrand, on a platform with 10M activated learners.
When you need something built outside your team's focus, like a new tool or a new customer experience, we build it and your team stays on its roadmap. We built the Legacy.com marketplace, which connects obituaries to local florists, next to their core obituary business.
We add AI to an existing product where it saves someone time, and we'll tell you when it won't. The features we build sit inside the product your team already uses.
Case study
Autoliv: Internal tools for ~70,000 employees at a $10.4B manufacturer
Autoliv is the global leader in automotive passive safety, with $10.4B in annual revenue and roughly 44% of the global market. About 70,000 people work there, across 25 countries. Many of their internal workflows still ran on paper and shared spreadsheets.
We built mobile and web tools for safety tracking, supplier management, coaching and reporting, each one designed for the people doing the work on the floor. A tool like that has to behave the same way in every plant and every country, on every shift.

We work around what's already there
We work inside your constraints. Your systems and your release calendar were there before us. We plan around them, and if something really does need replacing, we'll make the case and let you decide.
Senior team, embedded fast. We're a 25-person team with a 5-year average tenure. The senior people in the sales conversation are the ones who show up in your standups.
Long-term works for us. Our longest partnerships run for years. Revere Health has had us shipping on their site for three years since launch.
We adapt to your stack. We work in the stack you already run and follow the conventions your team already has.
The larger the company, the harder it is to move
Innovation gets harder as organizations grow, because every project picks up more stakeholders and more dependencies. We bring a small senior team that can push a project through without adding another layer of process.
Your team knows your business better than we will. We build alongside them, and that's how most of our work with established companies runs.

Building software for established companies
The larger the company, the harder it is to push something new through, because every project picks up more stakeholders and more dependencies. We work alongside established companies on the things their internal teams haven't had time to get to.
Autoliv is one example. It's the global leader in automotive passive safety, with ~70,000 employees across 25 countries and $10.4B in annual revenue. We built mobile and web tools for safety tracking, supplier management, coaching and reporting, and each one has to work the same way in every plant and on every shift.
Degreed is another. It's a $1.4B workforce learning platform with 10M activated learners across 160+ countries, and 1 in 3 Fortune 50 companies use it daily. We redesigned and rebuilt their blog inside their existing codebase and content stack, and we've hosted and maintained it since.
What makes working with established companies different is the constraint set. Your systems, your team and your processes were there before us, and we plan around them. We're a 25-person team with a 5-year average tenure, and Messenger has had us embedded at 500+ hours a month for years.
